Autumn Bird Walk at Hallock State Park Preserve
Join Park Naturalist Mary Laura Lamont in identifying and observing southbound migrants and resident year-round bird species such as sparrows, warblers, hawks, and waterfowl. The park hosts a variety of habitats onsite including fields, woods, a freshwater pond, and a stretch of the LI Sound. Roundtrip walk of 2 miles. Bring binoculars!
